½ cup milk
2 cups flour
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup pumpkin purée
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat the air fryer oven to 300ºF (149ºC).
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat with a whisk. Combine with the milk,
flour, cider vinegar, baking powder, sugar, pumpkin purée, cinnamon
powder, and baking soda, mixing well.
- Grease a baking tray with oil. Add the mixture and transfer into the air fryer
oven. Select Bake with Convection, and cook for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm.
