1 teaspoon olive oil
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon ricotta cheese
¼ cup chopped spinach
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Grease the air fryer basket with olive oil. Preheat the air fryer oven to 330ºF
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with a fork and sprinkle salt and pepper.
- Add the ricotta, spinach, and parsley and then transfer to the air fryer oven.
Select Bake with Convection, and cook for 10 minutes or until the egg is set.
- Serve warm.
